§ 716-4.1414. Approval of application.

(a)

Applications in which the design meets the requirements of this division and the construction is deemed not detrimental to adjoining properties or to the public interest shall be approved. When all fees and bonds are posted, a permit shall be issued, and the approval and issuance shall be noted on the application and plans.

(b)

Applications and plans found inadequate or not in compliance with these regulations shall not be approved until revised to conform to the conditions and regulations prescribed under this division.
