§ 718-6.208. Applicant notice.

Every residential dwelling applicant for a building permit pursuant to Title 7 or an entitlement pursuant to Title 8 shall be advised in writing by the involved building inspection or community development department of the requirements of this chapter and acknowledge receipt of that information as part of any filed application.
