§ 720-8.210. Exemptions.

(a)

All mobilehomes, manufactured homes, recreational vehicles, and other dwelling units located in a mobilehome park are exempt from this chapter.

(b)

Newly constructed buildings are exempt from this chapter for a period of ten years. The exemption period for a building begins to run on the date the building inspection department issues the initial notice of occupancy for the building.
