Unless superseded and expressly repealed, references in city forms, documents, and
regulations to the chapters and sections of the Fire Code of Contra Costa County,
the Crockett-Carquinez Fire Protection District, and the Contra Costa County Fire
Protection District, 2013, shall be construed to apply to the corresponding provisions
contained within the Fire Code of Contra Costa County, the Crockett-Carquinez Fire
Protection District, and the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, 2016. Ordinance
2013-22 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
superseded and expressly repealed.
