§ 76-4.608. Power from generators.

(a)

All occupancies that have commercially supplied electricity shall connect to the commercial supplier.

(b)

Any occupancy that has commercially supplied electricity shall not use a permanent or temporary generator(s), provided that a generator(s) may be used for commercial purposes when authorized by the county building official.
