§ 82-4.218. Cemetery.

"Cemetery" means land which is used or dedicated for any one, or a combination of more than one, of the following land uses:
(1)

A burial park for earth interments;

(2)

A mausoleum for crypt or vault interments;

(3)

A columbarium for cinerary interments.
