"District" is a portion of the unincorporated territory of the county within which
certain uses of land, buildings, and structures are permitted; certain other uses
of land, buildings, and structures are not permitted; portions of certain yards and
other open spaces are required, and certain minimum lot areas and maximum heights
are established for buildings and structures, under the regulations of Divisions 82 and 84.
