§ 82-4.262. Sign, nonaccessory.

  • "Nonaccessory sign" means any surface or portion thereof, on which lettered, figured or pictorial matter is displayed for purposes of advertising other than the name and occupation of the user of the premises on which the surface is located, or advertising other than the nature of the business or activity conducted thereon, or advertising of goods and services other than those primarily sold or produced thereon.
