§ 84-22.402. Uses—Permitted.

Uses permitted in the D-1 district shall be:
(1)

All the uses designated for the R-6 district in Section 84-4.402;

(2)

A detached two-family dwelling (duplex) on each lot and uses normally auxiliary thereto.
