§ 84-26.602. Area.

Latest version.

No building or other structure permitted in the M-29 district shall be erected or placed on a lot containing less that the following square feet in land area:

Building or Structure Proposed	Minimum Area
A detached single-family dwelling	6,000
A duplex	8,000
A multiple family building	10,000
Other structure	10,000
