§ 84-34.1006. Yard—Levee setback.

There shall be a setback of at least fifty feet from the centerline of any levee located on or near the subject lot. A variance from this setback requirement may be granted by the zoning administrator through administrative review. The zoning administrator may waive the necessity of a public hearing in his review.
