If there is any conflict between the regulations of this chapter and those of the
underlying zoning district, the requirements of this chapter govern, except as provided
in subsection (b).
(b)
If a boat storage facility is located within one mile by public road of a boat launching
facility open to the public, a land use permit is required under Section 84-38.404. This chapter does not apply to a boat storage facility located within one mile by
public road of a boat launching facility open to the public.
