A boat storage facility may be located in a -BS district upon the issuance of a land
use permit.
(b)
An application for a land use permit to allow a boat storage facility in a -BS district
will be decided in accordance with this chapter and Article 26-2.20 of this code.
Hearings will be held in accordance with Article 26-2.22 of this code, except an application
for a land use permit to allow a boat storage facility must also be heard by the planning
commission having jurisdiction after the initial zoning administrator hearing on the
application has been held.
