§ 88-20.602. Permits.

(a)

No permit is required under this chapter for a grower stand that meets the standards contained in this chapter.

(b)

A permit is required before a farm stand may be established under this chapter. An application to establish a farm stand must be made in writing and contain sufficient information to allow the community development department to determine if the farm stand will meet the standards contained in this chapter. An application for a farm stand permit will be approved ministerially without discretionary review or public hearing.

(c)

A land use permit is required for a farm market. An application to establish a farm market must contain all of the information required by Article 26-2.2 of this code. An application for a land use permit will be decided in accordance with Article 26-2.2 of this code. (Old. 2007-23 § 2).
