Grower stands, farm stands, and farm markets also may be subject to ordinances, statutes
and regulations administered by other county departments, including the building department,
health department, public works department, and agricultural commissioner's office,
and may be subject to state and federal laws and regulations. The establishment of
a grower stand, farm stand, or farm market under this chapter does not relieve anyone
from the obligation to obtain any other
permit or license required by this code or state or federal law.
