A facility and every façade-mounted antenna, roof-mounted antenna, and ground-mounted
antenna, must include a placard that states the name, phone number, and address of
the service provider and permittee, and all safety precautions or other statements
required by the California Public Utilities Commission and Federal Communications
Commission. The placard must be mounted on or near the facility or antenna at a location
that is visible from ground-level. For any facility that is surrounded by a fence
or wall, the placard must be mounted on the exterior of the fence or wall.
