A person who is issued a permit under this chapter is not relieved from the obligation
to obtain all other permits or licenses for a facility required by this code or state
or federal law, including but not limited to licenses issued by the California Public
Utilities Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or Federal Aviation Administration.
(b)
A person who has obtained permits or licenses otherwise required by this code or state
or federal law for a facility is not relieved from the obligation to obtain a permit
that is required by this chapter.
