§ 88-6.1002. Illumination — Permit required.

Outdoor advertising structures permitted by this chapter shall not be illuminated by artificial illumination unless a permit is first obtained from the board of adjustment, under the provisions set forth in Chapter 26-2. The board of adjustment shall make conditions as to the time, intensity, direction and quality of illumination so that it shall not cause a nuisance.
