§ 88-6.1202. Effect on building regulations.

Nothing in this chapter, and no permit or permission granted under this chapter, shall be construed as a repeal or waiver of any requirement of Divisions 72 — 78 and Division 712, or the necessity of obtaining building permits from the building inspector wherever required by other law or ordinance.
