§ 88-6.816. Sign — Public service.

  • The board of supervisors may permit the installation of locational and directional signs for hospitals, schools, eleemosynary institutions, places of public worship and publicly-owned places of public assembly, if these places and institutions are of such character that indication of direction and location will be a public service. These signs shall be erected in accordance with the policy of the board of supervisors as may be established by resolution of the board.
