§ 88-8.2604. Findings required for approval.

In order to approve the application, the reviewing body must find that the following conditions are met:
(1)

The sign has the same character and quality of design as the exterior architecture of the property and area where it is located.

(2)

The location of the sign will function so as not to impair the use of the property and will not conflict with the visibility, location, or arrangement of existing signs. The sign will not impair the use, value, or investment of existing adjacent signs.
