§ 88-8.2608. Maintenance requirements—Permit revocation for noncompliance.

Each sign shall be maintained in a secure and safe condition. If the sign is not secure, safe or in a good state of repair, written notice of this fact shall be given to the owner of the property or person responsible for the maintenance of the sign. If the defect in the sign is not corrected within the time specified, the permit may be revoked and the sign removed in the manner provided.
