§ 88-8.806. Free-standing sign — Number restricted.

Only one free-standing sign to identify tenants by a "directory" shall be permitted per shopping center, area, or building under single control. The directory listing shall be computed as part of the total permissible sign area as set forth in Section 88-8.804. In any case, free-standing signs shall not be permitted on parcels having one hundred twenty-five feet of frontage or less.
