§ 88-9.1006. "For sale," "for lease," and contractors.

(a)

Number. There may be only one temporary accessory sign on any lot or premises advertising the land or premises for sale or lease, or construction work thereon.

(b)

Area. The area shall not exceed twelve square feet.

(c)

Time Limit. The sign shall be removed within fifteen days after the sale or lease is made, or the construction is completed.
