§ 88-9.422. Nonaccessory sign.

A "nonaccessory sign" is a sign to advertise something other than the name or occupation of the user of the premises on which the sign is located, or the nature of the business or activity conducted thereon, or goods and services other than those primarily sold, produced or manufactured thereon.
