§ 88-9.830. Upkeep.

Every sign shall be kept up and maintained in a secure and safe condition. If the sign is not secure and safe, kept up and in a good state of repair, the planning department shall give written notice of this fact to the owner of the property or person responsible for the maintenance of the sign. If the condition is not corrected or eliminated within the time specified, the permit may be revoked and the sign removed in the manner provided.
