§ 926-8.224. Sales information.

Latest version.

The following information regarding unit sales shall be provided:
(1)

Proposed sales price of units and financing arrangements;

(2)

Terms of sale and discounts, if any, to be offered to existing tenants; and

(3)

Statement regarding policy of sales to families with minor children.
