§ 1108-3.202. Definitions.

For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases have the following meanings:

(1)

"Commission" means the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission.

(2)

"Department" means the public works department or the county administrator's office, whichever one is soliciting bids for a particular public project.

(3)

"Public project" means a project involving any of the work defined in Public Contract Code Section 22002.
