§ 33-5.359. Information technology.
(a)
The chief information officer/director of information technology is excluded and is appointed by the county administrator.
(b)
The deputy director of information technology is excluded and is appointed by the chief information officer/director of information technology.
(c)
The assistant chief information officer-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the chief information officer/director of information technology.
(d)
The chief information technology security officer-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the chief information officer/director of information technology.
