§ 33-5.361. Municipal court marshal.

(a)

The marshal of the municipal courts is excluded and is appointed by a majority of the municipal court judges.

(b)

The county municipal court administrator-exempt is excluded and is appointed by majority of the municipal court judges.

(c)

The assistant county municipal court administrator-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the county municipal court administrator-exempt.
