§ 33-5.397. Chief deputy treasurer-tax collector.

(a)

The chief deputy treasurer-tax collector is excluded and is appointed by the treasurer-tax collector.

(b)

The assistant county treasurer is excluded and is appointed by the treasurer-tax collector.

(c)

The assistant county tax collector is excluded and is appointed by the treasurer-tax collector.

(d)

The treasurer's investment officer is excluded and is appointed by the treasurer-tax collector.
