§ 33-5.399. Deputy public defender and assistant public defender-exempt.

(a)

Deputy public defender-special assignment-exempt. The class of deputy public defender-special assignment-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the public defender.

(b)

Assistant public defender-exempt. The class of assistant public defender-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the public defender.
