§ 48-16.006. Preparation of area lists.

The permit officer shall prepare and keep up to date the emergency response area lists. The permit officer shall include on the list for each emergency response area the ambulance service provider who has entered into an ambulance service agreement with the county as the primary contractor as well as the ambulance service provider(s) who will provide back-up emergency ambulance service for that area.
