As used in this chapter, "mechanical amusement device" means any mechanical grab machine
which, on the insertion of a coin, slug, token, slot, plate or disk, may be operated
by the public generally for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or
not registering a score. Included are such devices as mechanical grab and claw machines
and all similar machines, operation, or transactions under any name.
