§ 52-4.004. Prohibition.

(a)

No person shall own, possess, keep or control, either as principal, agent, employee, lessee or otherwise, any mechanical amusement device within unincorporated areas of this county.

(b)

No person shall allow any mechanical amusement device to be placed, kept or maintained for use by the public in any building, structure or place of business owned, leased, controlled or possessed by him within the unincorporated areas in this county.
