§ 54-4.004. To county employees.

Every person who, not being under oath, in the course of official business with any officer or employee of this county:
(1)

Knowingly falsifies or conceals any fact; or

(2)

Knowingly makes any false statement or representation; or

(3)

Makes or uses any writing or document, knowing it to contain any false statement or entry, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
