§ 88-6.1206. Application to business and commercial land use districts.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply in areas zoned for business or commercial use except that those signs described in this chapter which came under the definition of nonaccessory signs as defined in Section 82-4.262 shall not be subject to the granting of a land use permit except as provided in this chapter.
