§ 88-9.1204. Findings required.

  • Before approving an application, the zoning administrator must find that the following conditions are met:

    (1)

    The sign is compatible with the character and design of the exterior architecture of the property and area where it is located; and

    (2)

    The location of the sign will not impair the use of the property or conflict with the visibility, location or arrangement of existing adjacent signs.
