§ 88-9.1210. Nonconforming signs.

(a)

No person shall make surface or structural changes to a nonconforming sign which might prolong its life, except to make it conform to all of the requirements of this code.

(b)

The owner of a nonconforming sign shall remove it, or modify it to conform, within six months of notification of nonconformity, unless an extension of time for amortization is allowed.
